Our organization collects donations in accordance with Kuwaiti law and official guidelines issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs. We are committed to transparency, building donor trust, and ensuring funds reach eligible beneficiaries.

تقوم الجمعية بجمع التبرعات وفقًا لأحكام القانون الكويتي والقرارات المنظمة الصادرة عن وزارة الشؤون الاجتماعية، بما يحقق الشفافية ويعزز ثقة المتبرعين ويضمن توجيه التبرعات للمستحقين.

• Organize all fundraising activities / تنظيم جميع أنشطة جمع التبرعات
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations / ضمان الالتزام بالقوانين
• Promote donor trust through transparency / تعزيز ثقة المتبرعين
• Ensure funds are used for designated purposes / ضمان استخدام التبرعات كما هو معلن

Scope / نطاق التطبيق

This policy applies to all forms of donations received by the organization (cash, in-kind, electronic) through approved platforms within Kuwait.

تُطبق هذه السياسة على كافة أشكال التبرعات (النقدية، العينية، الإلكترونية) التي تستقبلها الجمعية من أفراد أو جهات داخل الكويت.

Fundraising Controls / ضوابط جمع التبرعات

• Official ministry approval required for all campaigns / الحصول على تصريح رسمي
• Licensed collection channels only / يجب أن تكون وسائل الجمع مرخصة
• Receipts with reference numbers for each donation / توثيق كل تبرع بإيصال
• No third-party fundraising without written approval / لا تفويض بدون إذن كتابي
• No international fundraising without approval / يمنع الجمع الدولي بدون موافقة

Use of Donations / استخدام التبرعات

• Only for purposes disclosed in the campaign / تُستخدم فقط للأغراض المعلنة
• No use for admin expenses unless declared and approved / لا استخدام إداري إلا بإفصاح وموافقة
• Maintain and report expense records / حفظ وتقديم فواتير وسجلات الصرف

We are committed to protecting donor privacy and handling personal and financial information in compliance with Kuwaiti laws and best practices.

تحرص الجمعية على حماية خصوصية معلومات المتبرعين وتلتزم بجمع واستخدام البيانات وفقًا للقوانين الكويتية.

Scope / نطاق السياسة

• Online donations / التبرع الإلكتروني
• In-person at branches / التبرع المباشر
• Phone, email, or social media / الهاتف أو البريد أو وسائل التواصل

Data Collected / البيانات التي يتم جمعها

• Full name / الاسم الكامل
• Phone number / رقم الهاتف
• Email address / البريد الإلكتروني
• Civil ID or passport (if needed) / البطاقة المدنية أو جواز السفر
• Donation details (amount, method, date) / تفاصيل التبرع
• Address / العنوان
